About The Position

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our Rising Stars program. This role is for individuals who are Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) accruing supervision hours and seeking a guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA. The program offers no-cost supervision hours, a BCBA Pass Bonus, and guaranteed weekly hours. The intern will provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years old, collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs and the team.

Requirements

Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
All Restricted hours completed
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
