The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program is designed for graduate students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience under expert BCBA supervision while earning unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification. ABA Squad is a growing and team-oriented ABA clinical company that provides high quality, ethically oriented applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children
  • Passion for applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on clinical experience under expert BCBA supervision
  • Earn unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Administer skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
  • Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Implement skill acquisition programs
  • Provide supervision and parent training
  • Receive mentorship from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative team environment
