We are looking for a student who is passionate about changing outcomes for children with autism, demonstrating curiosity, coachability, and an understanding that learning the science and compassionate work are intertwined. This role is designed for individuals who want to actively contribute and grow within a clinical team, not just observe. Caravel provides a supportive environment where students work alongside BCBAs, collect data, receive structured feedback, and contribute to assessments, program development, and treatment. The company offers a clear pathway toward BCBA or BCaBA certification, including structured fieldwork hours, exposure to various settings, and a defined progression to the Student Analyst II role.
