About The Position

Location: Cumming, GA
Pay: $24 - $30 / hour (Based on experience & fieldwork progress)
Status: Full-Time (Guaranteed 30-40 hours)

We are looking for one or two dedicated Student Analysts who want to learn how to do ABA the right way—with heart, ethics, and intentionality.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing high-quality, ethical direct therapy (Ages 18 months to 8 years).
Assisting BCBAs with assessments and treatment planning that honors the child’s dignity.
Learning the "Limitless" way: Individualized care that meets families where they are.
Allocating dedicated weekly hours to unrestricted tasks and exam prep.
Preparing to become a founding BCBA at a company that values your sanity and your skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s program for ABA or a related field.
• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• A passion for ethical, individualized care.
• (No minimum hour requirement—we hire for talent and values, not just "hours accrued.")
