About The Position

Transit and Parking Services is seeking friendly, outgoing student ambassadors to support fellow Razorbacks during the fall and spring semesters. In this role, you may assist in parking lots by providing transit and parking information, staff outreach tables at campus events, or help create video and social media content. Your work will help students navigate campus and start the semester with confidence by delivering clear, helpful information about transit and parking options. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop communication skills, gain event and marketing experience, and represent the university in a visible and supportive role. Regular, non-disruptive, and reliable attendance is an essential job duty, as well as the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled University of Arkansas student
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups in public
• Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter/X, and other platforms for student outreach
• Responsible, punctual, and approachable

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of campus layout, shuttle routes, and parking procedures preferred (training provided)
