Requirements

• In current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates initiative at events while recruiting the highest quality District Manager and Intern applicants.
• Learns the ALDI culture and represents the company in a positive light around campus and with the Career Services office.
• Schedules and plans events to increase excitement about the company at their university.
• Utilizes event tracking logs, product distribution logs, and meeting notes.
• Uses creativity to develop materials for events.
• Hosts at least two Campus Outreach Events, as well as participates in at least one Business School Career Fair and one University Career Fair.
• Other duties as assigned.
