Under the direct supervision of the Student Access and Support Services Administrator, the Student Access and Support Services Assistant provides administrative and programmatic support to the Student Access and Support Services division, with a primary focus on the Homeless and Foster Youth Program, Mental Health Program, and Meal Program. This role supports students and families by carrying out duties required under McKinney‑Vento legislation, assisting with purchasing and distribution processes, connecting families to community resources, collecting required information, and supporting referrals to internal and external partners. The Assistant plays a key role in ensuring timely, compassionate, and organized support for students facing housing instability, foster care involvement, mental health needs, and food insecurity. The Assistant will also play a key role in the data collection, monitoring, and reporting of the programs.
