Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
Responsibilities
- Remove damaged or loose stucco and prepare exterior surface
- Install weather barrier, flashing, and lath
- Apply stucco base coats, finish coat, and texture per manufacturer’s standards
- Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
