This position involves attending and understanding daily onsite safety briefs prior to the start of the WTI project. It requires inspecting and ensuring the safety of surroundings, equipment, and tools, and identifying and discussing any safety concerns. The role includes the execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete assigned projects. The professional must complete projects per the scope of work, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents as directed by the foreman. Responsibilities also include aiding the foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory, maintaining the highest quality on-site customer relations to project a positive image, and performing work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees (e.g., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA). The position requires providing management with the earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems, accepting responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. It also involves understanding and executing proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. The professional will perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager, while maintaining ethical business conduct.
