About The Position
Alapai Global is seeking skilled Structures Technicians for high-impact, long-term Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) projects with a premier U.S. client. This role offers a seamless transition to a career in the USA, with zero short-term stress due to the long-term nature of the projects. The company provides full visa support, including reimbursement for the DS-160 and free renewal handling. Additionally, new hires will receive 1-2 weeks of hotel stay upon arrival and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MRO.
- Technical or Engineering degree.
- Conversational English.
- Expertise in Heavy Structures & Interior Mods.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural repairs and cabin reconfigurations.
- Conduct flap peening and cold working.
- Install complex monuments.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Repair parts using precision shop tools.
