About The Position

Lead a team of Integration Specialists responsible for the design of Bombardier's product portfolio. This role involves collaborating with internal platform teams, external suppliers, and platform leaders to align priorities and technical decisions. The position requires managing the Engineering Statement of Work (SOW), engineering budget, and departmental spending. The successful candidate will participate in management meetings, organize departmental governance, and communicate effectively to support management decisions and organizational messaging. Ensuring appropriate management systems are in place for tasks, priorities, risks, and mitigation plans is crucial. Additionally, the role involves coaching, mentoring, and developing employees through technical and soft skills training, driving the deployment of Lessons Learned and Best Project Practices, and supporting Production and In-Service resolution activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Aerospace preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary aerospace engineering projects.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Knowledge of aerospace design tools and MRB processes.
• Experience with multidisciplinary aircraft design and manufacturing methods.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Fluent in English and French.
