About The Position

Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Structured Cabling Technology Apprentice to join our team within the Technology and Data Comm Division. This position is the start of a promising career in our technology department. The Structured Cabling Technology Apprentice position is a position that has the basic experience, or comprehension of basic structured cabling principles. This position will report directly to an area Foreman or Project Foreman to produce on time, within budget, project delivery while maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and craftsmanship. Project execution should be done within the confines of company goals and vision in order to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50lbs.
Experience working in a crew setting.
Have own tools per tool list.
Exposure to fiber optic systems.
Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Basic experience, or comprehension of basic structured cabling principles.
