About The Position

The Structural Welder plays a critical role in the construction and maintenance of various structures, ensuring that they are safe, durable, and meet industry standards. This position involves interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine the specifications for welding projects. The welder will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on various materials, including steel and aluminum, to create strong joints and components. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in welding from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a structural welder, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.

• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and safe to use.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to safety standards.
