About The Position

We’re looking for experienced welders to support fabrication and production work in a high-paced manufacturing setting. This role involves working with various welding processes, assembling components, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Prior welding experience preferred (level will be evaluated through testing)
Familiarity with fabrication tools and welding equipment
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and within a team
Comfortable in a fast-moving production environment
Willingness to learn and cross-train
Solid understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

MIG certification preferred
TIG experience or certification is a plus
Trade school or vocational training is an advantage

Responsibilities

Perform welding using MIG, TIG, wire feed, spot welding, and oxy-acetylene methods
Prepare, clean, and finish welds to meet quality standards
Read blueprints and layout materials for fabrication or modification of parts
Operate grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools
Fabricate and weld structural components such as I-beams, frames, and tanks in multiple positions
Assemble components using clamping, drilling, tapping, and cutting techniques
Inspect materials, welds, and equipment for quality and functionality
Adjust welding machines, including wire and gas settings, as needed
Maintain welding tools and equipment, reporting any issues for repair
Assist with pressure testing and rework when required
Track completed work and time accurately
Communicate any production, safety, or quality concerns to leadership
