About The Position

With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a hardworking Foreman to join our team to be a leader out in the field who will coordinate and labor alongside their crew to erect steel and pre-cast concrete structures. Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Project Engineer to coordinate construction efforts that continue to drive improvements. Requirements

5 years of steel and/or precast erection experience.
Team leadership experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Safe driving record.
Proof of insurance.
Current certification or ability to become certified in: OSHA 10 or 30
Current certification or ability to become certified in: Osha Subpart R
Current certification or ability to become certified in: American Welding Society Certification
Current certification or ability to become certified in: Other equipment certifications, ariel platform, telehandler, skid loader, etc.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and labor alongside their crew to erect steel and pre-cast concrete structures.
Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Project Engineer to coordinate construction efforts.
Drive improvements in construction efforts.
