About The Position
Responsible for managing projects for small to large, often complex steel construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes, as well as strong project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years working directly for a structural steel fabrication company
- Steel Construction experience
- United States Candidates only
Responsibilities
- Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
- Planning, Organizing, and Controlling large commercial building projects
- Reviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work
- Utilizing Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates (or similar software experience)
- Communicating with Vendors, General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Detailers, etc
