We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager/Estimator specializing in Steel Construction to join our dynamic team. Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to collect necessary project details and specifications.
Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, facilitating effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and exceptional service.
