Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
EIT certification or the ability to obtain shortly after graduation.
0–3 years of structural engineering experience.
Passion for structural engineering and a desire to build a long-term career.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Internship or co-op experience is a plus but not required.
Coursework in reinforced concrete, steel design, structural analysis, or seismic design.
Experience with ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis software.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
Interest in precast concrete design and construction.

Responsibilities

Assist in the structural design of precast concrete building systems.
Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Learn the design of beams, columns, walls, floor systems, stairs, and other structural components.
Develop engineering details, calculations, and construction documents.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Manufacturing, and Field Operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in design meetings and solve real-world engineering challenges.
Learn industry-leading structural analysis software and engineering tools.
Visit manufacturing facilities and project sites to understand how designs are fabricated and installed.
Support multiple projects while developing technical and project management skills.
Other duties as assigned.
