Structural Heart Interventional Cardiologist
About The Position
The Cardiovascular Institute and the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is seeking candidates for a full-time academic faculty position in Interventional Cardiology to develop a consultative outpatient and procedural practice. The candidate must be trained in structural heart interventions and will serve as a clinical member of the structural heart section and will be expected to perform the full range of standard structural heart procedures. The applicant is expected to be actively engaged in research as well as the teaching of fellows, residents and medical students.
Requirements
- Trained in structural heart interventions.
- Board certified or eligible in Cardiology.
- Board certified or eligible in Interventional cardiology.
- Have or be eligible for Commonwealth of Massachusetts medical licensure.
Responsibilities
- Perform the full range of standard structural heart procedures.
- Actively engaged in research.
