Employees will ascend and work at heights up to 40 feet and may perform occasional rigging. The position demands repetitive forward bending, trunk rotation, and hip and knee flexion. It involves lifting up to 50 lbs from the floor to a 6 ft work surface unassisted, repetitive upper extremity movements for measuring, fitting, and welding, and sustained lifting of 25-35 lbs at arm's reach above the head. The work environment is outdoors or in an open warehouse with no climate control, featuring uneven surfaces including sand, limestone, concrete, and railways, both inside and outside. Numerous trip hazards are present throughout the job site. Employees must comply with company safety rules and OSHA standards, be physically and medically qualified to wear required personal protective equipment, and be able to hear warning signals and read safety instructions.
