Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is required.
0 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of structural codes, regulations, and design standards.
Familiarity with drafting and design software tools.
Proficiency with structural analysis software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites applications.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high quality work.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable design practices.
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Perform analysis and design for a variety of structural systems to applicable codes and regulations under the guidance of licensed professional engineers.
Develop structural engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports under the guidance of licensed professional engineers and senior designers.
Conduct site visits for data collection and QAQC during construction.
Conduct site visits under supervision to perform structural assessments, identify potential deficiencies, and provide recommendations for remedial action.
Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.
Assist with planning and executing project tasks.
Assist in tracking project progress and reporting issues.
Provides administrative support to project teams.
Participate in training and certification programs, as required.
Attend relevant industry workshops and seminars, as required.
Seek feedback and guidance from senior designers and engineers.
Engage in learning opportunities to develop technical and professional skills.
