About The Position

We are seeking an ambitious, degreed Structural Engineer for our Arlington office who thrives on challenges and desires career growth. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of and exposure to building design. Bala offers a comprehensive training program to build a strong technical foundation and become a successful engineer. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in structural or civil engineering
• Relevant internship/co-op experience
• 0-4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• General knowledge of applicable codes
• Strong technical writing skills
• Presentation and client interface ability

Nice To Haves

• EIT accreditation a plus
• PE preferred

Responsibilities

• Engaged in a comprehensive training program.
• Develop a strong technical base to become a successful engineer.
• Work on innovative designs for building systems in various facility types.
