About The Position

KPFF Eugene Structural is looking for motivated experienced structural engineers to help build and shape a growing office. The Eugene Structural office is a satellite of our office in Portland, OR. At KPFF you will be trusted to work independently as well as collaboratively in the design and construction process with talented engineers, BIM/CAD technicians, architects, project managers, contractors and client teams for a wide array of intriguing projects.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of structural engineering experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer, reviewing plans, or conducting site visits.
  • Capacity to move around project sites, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds of equipment or materials.

Nice To Haves

  • PE and MS or MEng degree

Responsibilities

  • Design and construction process with talented engineers, BIM/CAD technicians, architects, project managers, contractors and client teams for a wide array of intriguing projects.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision on basic engineering tasks.
  • Work in-person with other team members and clients.
