About The Position
Coffman Engineers’ Denver office is seeking a dynamic and innovative Entry Level Structural Engineer for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate, upcoming winter 2026 semester graduate, or an engineer with up to a few years of experience, who wishes to increase their knowledge of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures, and work in a professional fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
- Coursework or experience in concrete and steel design
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for daily activities
Nice To Haves
- A master’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Experience with structural analysis software
- Experience with masonry and/or timber design
