About The Position
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Oklahoma City, Oklahoma team! This role involves leading structural design for a variety of projects, supervising and mentoring junior staff, performing advanced structural analyses, and managing projects to ensure they are on time and within budget. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring projects meet quality standards, working closely with other teams, and staying current on the latest structural engineering news.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis preferred
- 7+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on facilities design
- PE License
- Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit preferred
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design for a variety of projects
- Supervise/mentor junior staff
- Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports
- Project management responsibilities including keeping projects on time and within budgets
- Ensure projects meet quality standards
- Work closely with other teams
- Stay current on latest structural engineering news
