About The Position

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Lincoln team! This role involves leading structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across multiple materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry). The engineer will supervise and mentor junior staff, present findings from advanced structural analyses in clear, comprehensive reports, and assist with the production of a project when needed. The position ensures the delivery of completed designs that meet quality standards and project objectives, promotes seamless project integration and efficiencies through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and assists with the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities within the team. Business development assistance is also a component of this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• PE License
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience utilizing structural design and drafting software packages
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis)
