Requirements

Certificate in construction related design/drafting or higher.
5+ Years of experience

Responsibilities

Work with other Designers and Engineers to produce quality drawings for a variety of project types from concept phase through construction documents.
Set up plans, sections and details to specified drafting standards.
Coordinate with multi-discipline design team, clients and equipment suppliers.
Provide direction to Technicians, review the quality of their work, and assist with training.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teammates, and collaborate on design decisions within your area of experience.
Utilize software with increasing efficiency and depth of understanding.
Undertake increasingly complex design tasks and responsibilities with a commitment to continuous learning, technical development and client service.
