About The Position

Blazer is seeking an experienced Cut Shop Carpenter to join our Production team! Requirements

• Previous carpentry, construction, manufacturing, or cut shop experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, measuring techniques, and shop practices.
• Experience working with saws, drills, routers, nailers, and other carpentry tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and measurements.
• Accurately measure, cut, and prepare materials for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components.
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Build and assemble components according to production standards and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Load, unload, and handle construction materials safely.
• Complete work accurately while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
• Assist with training and supporting less experienced team members.
• Help identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow.
