About The Position

Shirley Contracting is seeking a Structural / Concrete Foreman to supervise and manage crews, coordinate with the Project Management Team, and perform operations to meet job cost, schedule, and production goals. This role requires ensuring the company's health and safety culture, policies, and requirements are met, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships, and completing all required paperwork in a timely manner. Requirements

Supervise and manage individuals.
Read plans and have a working knowledge of standards and specifications.
Able to organize, plan and schedule work.
Ability to communicate with employees, venders, inspectors, owners’ reps.
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screening.
Knowledgeable of material and equipment requirements.
Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full time basis.
