As a Senior Structural Analyst on the Launchers Engineering Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and performance of launcher components and assemblies. Your work will include: Performing structural, shock, vibration, and non-linear (dynamic) analyses of launcher systems. Conducting finite element and classical stress analysis on launcher components, subassemblies, and integrated systems. Supporting design development through part sizing, fatigue/fracture assessments, and trade studies. Analyzing composite and metallic materials used in launcher structures. Additional responsibilities: Supporting system-level and component-level testing, including test planning and correlation with analytical models. Developing and presenting stress, structural, and fracture analysis reports. Investigating hardware discrepancies during fabrication, assembly, and integration of launcher systems. Collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and test teams to resolve technical issues. Assisting in the development of test concepts, instrumentation layouts, and data acquisition plans.
