  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace program or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a structural analysis role
  • Proficient at performing both hand calculations as well as detailed assembly-level and component-level FEM analysis
  • Proficient with FEM structural analysis tools, including NASTRAN
  • Experience performing both static and dynamic analysis
  • Experience supporting structural testing, defining test objectives, instrumentation, writing test plans and reports and correlating analysis to test data
  • Experience with metallic, elastomer and composite structures
  • Professional, hands-on experience providing dynamics analysis support for DOD/USG programs
  • Experience analyzing static and dynamics analysis, including vibration, acoustic, modal and shock environments
  • Experience supporting static and dynamic testing, including test definition, data collection and post-test model correlations
  • Ability to work with little direction and develop advanced technical principles, techniques and concepts
  • Experience working launch and missile systems
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Mature computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • Requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
