About The Position

Join a dynamic and growing Interiors Stress team as a Mid-Level Structural Analysis Engineer. In this hands-on engineering role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the structural integrity and certification of aircraft interior components. Collaborate with dedicated engineering teams, mentor developing talent, and take ownership of impactful projects within a supportive, innovation-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Science Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of engineering experience with a strong focus on structural analysis for complex structures.
  • Proficiency in stress analysis, classical hand calculations, Finite Element Analysis, and dynamic simulation.
  • Experience with Buyer-Furnished and Supplier-Furnished Equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aircraft interior structures.
  • Background in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to develop certification documentation.
  • Leadership in structural test programs and supplier technical oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural and stress analysis on aircraft interior components using classical methods, Finite Element tools, and dynamic simulations.
  • Support the design, certification, and production of interior commodities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve structural challenges and optimize product designs for safety and performance.
  • Lead test plan development, support execution, and analyze test results to validate system requirements.
  • Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements for system designs.
  • Create analytical processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compile and define certification and test results for regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international partners, providing technical oversight and guidance.
