About The Position

Our neurology team helps individuals and families through our multidisciplinary team approach, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, and a full array of support services. We are looking for an experienced PA/NP to join our stroke team at our main campus in Lebanon, NH. This position will provide both inpatient and outpatient stroke care. About the Role: Full-time with no nights or call Provide care to individuals and families suffering from stroke and other cerebrovascular diseases in both the inpatient and ambulatory settings. Collaborate with a dynamic team of APPs, attendings, medical students, residents, and fellows. Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College Opportunities for additional teaching, research/QI, and stroke program growth and development. Comprehensive Stroke Center Stroke inpatient floors are staffed by our stroke-certified nursing team. Primary referral center for strokes in New Hampshire and Vermont as well as secondary and tertiary referral center for our surrounding states – Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
  • National specialty certification
  • Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)
  • Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
  • At least two years of experience, preferably in neurology

Responsibilities
