The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of Project Director and Qualitative Research Scientist for the "Social Contact-Based Brief Video Interventions To Reduce Stigma and Improve Engagement in HIV Prevention and Care and Mental Health Care for Youth Living with and Vulnerable to HIV (STRIVE)" project. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of intersectionally tailored brief videos aimed at reducing public and internalized HIV stigma and increasing HIV prevention, HIV care, and mental health treatment-seeking among young sexual minority men living with or vulnerable to HIV. The STRIVE project utilizes youth co-development, randomized testing (crowdsourcing and social-media delivery), implementation science, and Instagram dissemination to measure efficacy and real-world engagement.
