About The Position

Perform striping services on newly installed tracks and re-striping services on existing tracks in accordance with applicable rules and standards (e.g., NFHS, NCAA). Manage striping projects from start to finish, including ensuring proper measurements and spacing, tools and equipment are on-site to successfully perform the striping services, as well as interfacing with any client personnel on-site as necessary. Perform track striping services throughout 30 U.S. States (States located East of the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean. No New England States). Attention to safety guidelines and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines are essential in this role. Create and submit project reports and certification letters as required to Supervisor. Consult on track construction projects, as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology, including smart phones and applications.
  • Must travel.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
  • Must comply with Tarkett Substance Abuse Policy and DOT Drug Control Program, which includes pre-employment and random drug and/or alcohol testing.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Honest, trustworthy, dependable.
  • PUNCTUAL. Must arrive at work by the designated start time.
  • Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and travel.
  • Self-disciplined.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Desire to learn and be trained.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in track striping is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience using a Topcon theodolite is a plus.
