About The Position

Stretch Zone provides clients with Flex-ability for Life® by using a proprietary stretching method and a patented stabilization system. Stretch Zone seeks to improve client health and wellness. Stretch Zone facilities offer a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable equipment, all of which allows clients to relax and fully benefit from our methods. Stretch Zone uses a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience. The duties of a practitioner include maintaining and reinforcing the culture of Stretch Zone. At Stretch Zone, we work as a team. All team members are expected to clean and maintain the store. Everyone is expected to contribute. This culture is part of the foundation of Stretch Zone, and it’s vital to the overall success of each location. This mindset helps us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all our guests. Currently, we are seeking PART-TIME Stretch Practitioners with weekend and mid-day/evening availability at our growing Mandeville location to help with extended store hours. We want energetic, wellness-minded stretch practitioners to join our team! If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.

Requirements

Must be able to manage time effectively.
Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures.
Must be able to efficiently service and maintain a client base.
Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work is recommended as a minimum prerequisite to SZM.

Responsibilities

Provide the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Create a long-term customer loyalty-focused environment.
Maintain and reinforce the culture of Stretch Zone.
Clean and maintain the store.
Contribute to the team environment.
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
Comply with the scheduling as directed by the Regional Manager, targeting a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training.
Always maintain a positive attitude when working with clients.
Dress professionally according to the current dress code highlighted in the company handbook.
Clock in and out as required in the handbook.
Other duties as assigned.
Provide our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Serve clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities.
Keep clients on schedule with their programs.
Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
