About The Position

Stretch Zone is seeking PART-TIME Stretch Practitioners with weekend and mid-day/evening availability at our growing Mandeville location to help with extended store hours. We want energetic, wellness-minded stretch practitioners to join our team! If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.

Requirements

Must be able to manage time effectively.
Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures.
Must be able to efficiently service and maintain a client base.
Must have weekend and mid-day/evening availability.

Responsibilities

Provide the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Create a long-term customer loyalty-focused environment.
Maintain and reinforce the culture of Stretch Zone.
Clean and maintain the store.
Contribute to the team environment.
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
Comply with the scheduling as directed by the Regional Manager, targeting a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training.
Maintain a positive attitude when working with clients.
Dress professionally according to the current dress code highlighted in the company handbook.
Clock in and out as required in the handbook.
Provide clients with an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
Keep clients on schedule with their programs.
Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
