About The Position

Stretch Zone is actively hiring Health, Wellness & Fitness Professionals to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to turn a passion for fitness and wellness into a rewarding career. The company provides comprehensive training, including a nationally accredited certification, and hands-on instruction from a Master Practitioner. Practitioners use patented equipment and a proprietary stretching method to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, athletic performance, and overall movement. The role involves delivering personalized stretching sessions, assessing client needs, creating a welcoming experience, building relationships, and maintaining a professional studio environment. Requirements

• Passionate about health, wellness & fitness
• Interested in exercise science, anatomy, kinesiology, or related fields
• Hands-on learners who enjoy working directly with people
• Motivated to help others reach their lifestyle and wellness goals
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Equipped with reliable transportation
• Available to work nights and weekends
• Willing and able to successfully complete our required certification training
• Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work recommended

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols
• Assess each member's needs and apply the appropriate stretching techniques
• Create an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member
• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, athletic performance, and overall movement
• Build meaningful relationships through outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Assist with member and prospect outreach
