About The Position
Stretch Zone Miami Beach is hiring confident, outgoing, and sales-minded individuals to join our North Beach and South Beach studios as Stretch & Membership Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, wellness conversations, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced boutique environment. If you are motivated by commissions, client interaction, and growth — this is a strong opportunity. Stretch Zone is a leader in practitioner-assisted stretching, helping clients improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness through a structured, client-focused experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients
- Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income
- Interest in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
- Coachable and open to structured training
- Reliable private vehicle (cars, trucks, SUVs)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations
- Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals
- Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
- Participate in community events and wellness activations
- Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment
