The Exercise Coach® is a professional and distraction-free health facility! We offer clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment. The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. We pride ourselves on the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of The Exercise Coach® where coaches are an essential piece. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Requirements
- Passion for strength/ fitness
- Outgoing Personality (be able to talk to people)
- Leadership Prescence (be able to LEAD sessions)
- Strong Communicator (verbally & written)
- A Near Hyper-vigilant Attention to Detail
- Above Average Computer Skills (CRM, call experience a plus)
- Professional Appearance
- Diligent Work Ethic & Ability to Be On Time, All the Time
