About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a certified personal trainer to deliver mobile fitness coaching to clients in homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $35–$45 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive clients through the GYMGUYZ network and work without gym rent or sales quotas. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The Specialist designs and delivers personalized training, conducts reassessments, tracks client progress, and manages scheduling and client communication with mobile and web applications. Sessions take place in clients’ homes and other on-site locations, and the trainer travels between sessions while representing GYMGUYZ’s values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
Maintain CPR/AED certification.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the training schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
