About The Position

This is an opportunity for a Strength Coach with rapid growth potential to become a Director at one of the premiere sports performance companies in the country. After 3 months of training at the headquarters in Minnesota, the candidate could become the Director of the new ETS Nashville facility. ETS Performance has a strong track record of producing Division I, II, and III athletes, as well as professional athletes across various sports. The company is looking for leaders to grow with them as they expand in the United States. The role involves training professional athletes and up-and-coming stars, guiding and motivating them to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with youth, high school, college, and professional athletes in a dynamic environment, utilizing proven training and business systems. The candidate will be aligned with ETS Partner NFL All-Pros and surrounded by elite facility directors and performance specialists. The company emphasizes a supportive 'ETS Family' environment for professional development and growth. The ETS training philosophy focuses on improving athletes' relative strength, power, speed, deceleration, and overall athleticism to enhance performance and reduce injury risk. The method involves a systematic, progressive, and ability-appropriate plan for strength, speed, agility, and deceleration training. The company believes in a strong emphasis on fundamental athletic development, character development, accountability, and competition alongside performance results. The goal is for athletes to understand the physical objectives of each session and the importance of consistency, dedication, and commitment. The company is seeking motivated Strength and Performance Specialists for the private sector of the Sports Performance industry.

Requirements

  • Fitness Strength Training: 2 years (Required)
  • Minimum of 40-60 hours a week commitment.
  • Available for off-site meetings.
  • Available via cell, email & social media for staff, athletes, parents, & potential leads.
  • Committed to growing all of the ETS Performance Services.
  • Committed to following the ETS Marketing Plan and daily duties.
  • Committed to monthly dialogue with parents to provide a training update/progress report for their athlete.
  • Follow and adhere to all daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities via the ETS Directors Non-Negotiable Manual.
  • Perform a minimum of 3-5 new athlete evaluations each week.
  • Arrive 30 minutes early to work each day.
  • Be present and command the training floor during all ETS training sessions.
  • Follow-up with past inquiries and prospects.
  • Provide a safe, clean and intense training atmosphere.
  • Maintain a positive public image on social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain a positive image both inside and outside the facility.
  • Wear proper ETS attire for every session/shift.
  • Interview and hire all new staff/interns each semester/quarter.
  • Follow and adhere to ETS Directors Non-Negotiable Manual.

Responsibilities

  • Train professional athletes and up-and-coming stars.
  • Guide and motivate athletes to achieve exceptional results.
  • Work with youth, high school, college, and professional athletes.
  • Utilize proven training and business systems.
  • Conduct a minimum of one offsite meeting per week with a coach or director of a team, school, or club/organization.
  • Be available via cell, email & social media for staff, athletes, parents, & potential leads.
  • Commit to growing all of the ETS Performance Services (Speed Plus, Strength Plus, Elite Speed, Team Training, Adult Fit Program).
  • Commit to following the ETS Marketing Plan and daily duties.
  • Commit to monthly dialogue with parents to provide a training update/progress report for their athlete.
  • Follow and adhere to all daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities via the ETS Directors Non-Negotiable Manual.
  • Perform a minimum of 3-5 new athlete evaluations each week.
