Strength & Conditioning Coach

D1 Training - AllianceFort Worth, TX
$30 - $40Onsite

About The Position

The weight room is where athletic development becomes real. At D1 Training Alliance, the Strength & Conditioning Coach owns that space — the culture, the safety, the programming quality, and the results that athletes and families trust us to deliver. This is not a training floor supervisor. This is the leader who sets the standard for how every athlete in our facility is trained, corrected, challenged, and developed. You will assist with hiring and developing our coaching staff, oversee programming across group classes, personal training, and team sessions, and be the person our athletes and coaches look to when the bar is in their hands. If you believe strength and conditioning is a science and a craft — and that coaching it well is one of the highest-leverage things you can do for a young athlete's future — this role was built for you.
