The Strength and Conditioning Specialist designs, delivers, and evaluates evidence‑based physical training programs to enhance strength, conditioning, injury resilience, and operational readiness. The SCS provides instruction on movement mechanics, oversees individualized and group training programs, collaborates with Human Performance teammates, and ensures safe return‑to‑duty pathways for personnel recovering from injury.
