About The Position

The City of Dickinson is looking for a Street Maintenance Operator to play a vital role in keeping our streets and public spaces safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role involves hands-on work and operating specialized equipment to make a direct impact on the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Obtain a North Dakota Class A Commercial Learner’s Permit within 3 months of hire
• Earn your Class A Commercial Driver’s License within 6 months of hire (Automatic Transmission, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements required)
• Obtain Forklift Certification within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Road Scholar I Certification - must obtain within 2 years
