About The Position

This role supports the Streamer Manager with daily live streaming operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing live streams. The assistant will monitor stream performance, sales pacing, and workflow efficiency, utilizing strong math skills to track sales, inventory, and key metrics. They will also provide leadership support and guidance to streamers and support staff, identify issues, recommend improvements, and help maintain a high-quality customer experience during live streams. This position also acts as a point of support during evening operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates degree in Business or a related field (required or strongly preferred) students close to graduation will also be considered.
• Strong sports (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc) and/or TCG (One Piece, Pokemon, etc) knowledge required
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, live environment
• Leadership mindset with confidence in decision-making
• Ability to see the big picture while managing details
• Self-motivated and proactive

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of sports (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc) and/or TCG (One Piece, Pokemon, etc) trading cards
• Experience with live streaming, e-commerce, retail, or trading card-related industries
