The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will join the global S&T team in North America, initially supporting a critical Distribution Network Transformation. The role involves stakeholder management, including creating senior management presentations and communication across different hierarchical levels. It also includes program management support such as KPI definitions, tracking progress, and leading escalations. The manager will manage program timelines, dependencies, and communications, and take ownership of key deliverables like project plans or financial business cases. The role also entails analysis and initiation of strategic and/or transformative programs, with continuous learning on topics like dealer performance management, AI, and agriculture business. Additionally, it involves preparing for external meetings, orchestrating contract renewal efforts, and coordinating the identification and documentation of performance deficiencies. The role requires tracking progress for dealer contract renewals, escalating issues, and activating communication with new sets of dealers.
