About The Position

This role is with the Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture. Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance, working alongside client partners to make change happen. They have offices globally but prefer to work alongside clients to unleash their potential and deliver lasting impact. This role is not about creating PowerPoint decks, but about delivering results and implementing plans that turn a client's business around. The Senior Associate role involves combining analysis with outcomes, challenging and developing the individual with the support and mentoring of colleagues. Once recommendations are agreed upon, the Senior Associate will work alongside clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to implement them, focusing on areas like process improvement, supply chain optimization, or back office transformation. The role emphasizes delivering tangible results rather than just recommendations.

Requirements

  • MBA with an anticipated graduation date by August 2027.
  • 5+ years of experience of professional experience.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Distinction average in a Master's degree or MBA.
  • Up to 6 years' commercial experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general math ability.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with on-site travel comprising approximately 70% of the role.
  • Comfortable and available to travel 70% as part of the role.
  • This will include US and Canadian travel, as well as other international opportunities.
  • Dynamic, passionate, and prepared to roll up your sleeves and work inside our clients’ businesses.
  • Care about people and developing them, as coaching is a big part of success.
