About The Position

Support the implementation of superior business strategies, guidelines, and principles while managing, supporting and establishing processes for Smart Remote Services (SRS) focused on communications, user experiences, and training. Monitor and drive enhancements of Remote Service Applications with input from users of tools and applications related to Siemens Healthineers Business Lines. Continuously coordinate the development and controls subordinated business strategies, business plans, and budgets in the respective field, while generating and maintaining internal communication methods for SRS, including intranet sites, team space, newsletters, social media channels, and Knowledge Base. Act as a trusted partner and advisor for strategic development, including the preparation of strategic evaluations and decision support for Management and Peers.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Linguistics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as an IT Project Manager or an acceptable alternate occupation.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Linguistics, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as an IT Project Manager or an acceptable alternate occupation.
  • Knowledge Management and User Enablement
  • Designing and maintaining specialized training plans and learning paths on IT platforms for SRS users
  • Familiarity with internal knowledge bases and enablement strategies for global teams
  • ITIL and Agile Frameworks
  • Ability to operate within structured IT service management and agile development environments
  • Strategic planning and process improvement aligned with ITIL principles
  • SharePoint Administration
  • Hands-on experience managing intranet sites, team spaces, and internal communication channels
  • Experience handling digital content and collaboration tools used across business lines.
  • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
