The Strategy Director advises and supports the Head of WIM Strategy and WIM leadership in designing and driving business innovation, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities across the wealth and investment management ecosystem. The role is accountable for developing and leading strategic plans, advancing business transformation, and positioning WIM for sustainable long-term growth in an evolving competitive and regulatory environment. The Strategy Director also enhances internal consulting and analytics capabilities, communicates strategic recommendations and execution roadmaps to senior leaders, and provides strategic oversight to support responsible growth, risk excellence, and differentiated client and advisor experiences. The position is hybrid, following Wells Fargo policy, with New York City preferred and some travel required. The officer title of Executive Director or Managing Director will depend on the candidate’s experience and level at hire. The listed base pay range is $185,000 to $300,000, and employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
